An Immediate Call From Us!
You’ll receive an immediate call during normal business hours from one of our trained and friendly phone team members. They will find a date that fits your schedule for a FREE crawl space inspection. If you happen to submit the request outside of our normal business hours, we promise to call first thing in the morning on the next business day.
A Follow-up Confirmation.
After speaking with our phone team member and scheduling an inspection, you’ll receive a confirmation email message. It will include the contact information of the phone team member you spoke with, the date and time of your free inspection, and the contact information of the crawl space specialist that will perform your inspection.
Courtesy Reminders.
The day before your scheduled inspection appointment, we promise to call or email you as a courtesy reminder. Also, on the day of your appointment and 30-60 minutes before your scheduled time, the crawl space specialist will text or call that he is on his way.
