Business Manager

HR Responsibilities:

• Assist with all internal HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Updates and maintains the payroll system, payroll adjustments/increases as well as completes calendar entries.
• Transmits payroll. Prints transaction reports and reconciles. Audits payroll reports and makes corrections, as necessary.
• Maintain employee personnel records.
• Assist with the onboarding processes by performing background checks and coordinating/scheduling new hire orientations.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding with the hiring manager to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Coordinate offboarding tasks across all involved company functions, including management, payroll, and IT.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, and other HR projects as assigned, including open enrollment, performance reviews, harassment/compliance training, etc.
• Serve as the onsite HR representative for the Charlotte and Nashville team.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

• Act as the point person for maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands, and manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
• Organize and schedule company meetings and events.
• Use all company software integration with a high level of proficiency, including and not limited custom in house software, Salesforce, Slack, QuickBooks, etc.
• Develop and implement a cloud-based inventory management system for the existing two locations.
• Track and periodically audit IT software and other recurring services spend.
• Track and periodically audit various state-specific compliance requirements.
• Assist the executive team with expense reports and travel coordination as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, QuickBooks, MS Office, Slack, Swipe Clock, Run ADP, and more.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with managing invoices and expense management systems preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective interpersonal communication and skills.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
