Description

MUST have crawl space encapsulation installation, French drain installation, sump pump, vapor barrier, mold removal, and insulation removal experience.

  • Pay is by the job. Can make between $70,000 – $100,000 thousand a year.
  • Must be able to show up on time and work 5 days a week.
  • Able to interact with customers professionally.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be able to drive to job sites.
  • Hire a helper if need be.
  • Crawl Space Brothers will provide materials for job installation.
  • Installers can earn bonuses through the company.
  • Must be self-reliant and does not need to be micromanaged.
  • Potential management roles in the future.
