Jacob was super friendly to deal with and down to earth! He definitely has the knowledge and experience of everything crawl spaces to give you an honest opinion. Fortunately, my set up is in great shape but it’s always good to get an expert’s opinion, and he didn’t try to sell me on something just to make a dollar which is always much appreciated.
