I had called Crawl Space Brothers in Nashville, TN to come analyze a long overdue issue in my crawl space. Have lived in my home over 20 years..and the "original " part was from the 1950's..animals, shoddy plumbing, and lots of moisture/water had left my crawl space in a horrible condition! ( as a person can imagine!). Mike Goodman was the analyst that came out. He spent a full hour thoroughly examining every square inch, documenting his findings, took accurate readings of both moisture and humidity levels at the current time. Upon reaching back on ground..he went over a vast portfolio of pictures. My jaw dropped at what I saw. Mike Goodman went over how Crawl Space Brothers can tackle every problem with ease and professionalism at every part of the process. My crawl space requires a sump pump & dehumidifier..plus all the good as gold encapsulation. Prior to this job being started..I have called Mike to ask further questions..he is very easy to reach..a big plus! He also came to repair an existing plumbing issue....before their job is started. That was above and beyond...very appreciative for his speedy help in that matter. This company is Top Notch. Excellent Professionalism. And for a company to ease my mind..they have done just that!! Jack came out timely for a review of our Crawlspace and debriefed with us and answered any questions we had. We got on the schedule to replace our vapor barrier soon thereafter. Toy performed the work and was polite and efficient, showing us before abs after videos of the space.

Best customer service too! We had our crawl space partially encapsulated 5 years ago, and it is still going great. We needed some crawl space remediation and after calling around, Crawl Space Brothers were the most courteous, professional, and explained things really well. And, the cost was very reasonable. Crawl Space Brothers replaced the vapor barrier beneath my house recently. I appreciate that they didn’t try to “upsell” me on more expensive solutions or unnecessary equipment (I.e. sump pump) like other companies did. They were fair and honest. The work was done by a crew of friendly, efficient and professional people. All trash and debris removed. They also put insulation back where it had come down in a couple places. Very pleased with the results. Thumbs up!

As a female not very knowledgeable about but in need of help with my "crawlspace" I wholeheartedly recommend Crawl Space Brothers as the company you should hire if you need attention to your own crawlspace...They provided a free evaluation which fully explained the problems I was experiencing and what should be done to fix them. Once we agreed on a plan and a price, they sent a team who worked hard for me. They patiently answered all of my many questions at every stage and took pictures to help me understand more. Approximately one week after completion, they completed a supervisory final walk thru of the work done to make sure everything was done exactly right. Their pricing is competitive.
